Swishy meets the shopper on the product page, where the buying decision actually happens.
The widget
Section titled “The widget”A chat pill sits on every PDP. It opens into a full conversation panel that feels native to your brand — colors, fonts, and copy are themed from your store.
Shoppers can:
- Ask free-form questions about the product, fit, ingredients, shipping.
- See curated clips and reviews surfaced at the right moment.
- Get bundle suggestions (“people who bought this also got…”).
- Request help from a human — the escalation hands off to your team via email or your existing helpdesk.
Proactive prompts
Section titled “Proactive prompts”The widget doesn’t just wait. Based on scroll depth, time on page, and shopper intent signals, it can proactively offer:
- A key question answered (“Wondering about fit?”)
- A short clip from a relevant creator
- A size or shade recommendation prompt
You control which prompts fire, how often, and on which product types.
Mobile-first
Section titled “Mobile-first”The widget is designed mobile-first — bottom-sheet layout, thumb-reachable CTAs, and lazy-loaded media so it doesn’t hurt Core Web Vitals.
Performance
Section titled “Performance”Swishy loads async and off the critical path. Typical impact on PDP page weight is < 30 KB of JS before the shopper engages. Once the widget opens, media streams progressively.
Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”Under Analytics → Conversations you’ll see:
- Conversations started, completed, and converted.
- Most-asked questions per product.
- Moments where conversations stall — usually a gap in your product copy.
- Clips and reviews most referenced by the AI.
This is the feedback loop: the AI tells you what shoppers care about, and you get to close the gaps across merchandising, copy, and product.
