Publishing UGC on your store

Once a piece of UGC is approved and has rights approved, Swishy makes it available everywhere that content can help shoppers convert.

  • Product page galleries — short-form clips and images embedded on the PDP.
  • AI seller conversations — the AI can surface a creator clip mid-chat when it answers a question better than text would.
  • Storefront UGC API — you can query approved content directly for custom placements (homepage rails, collection pages, landing pages).

In Storefront → Placement you can:

  • Toggle UGC galleries on/off per product or collection.
  • Set a minimum quality score.
  • Prefer creator content over brand content (or vice versa).
  • Control max clip length on PDP.

Every published clip keeps the creator handle and links back to the original post. This isn’t optional — creator attribution is part of the consent agreement creators approve in Requesting rights.

If a creator revokes consent, or if you reject content after publishing:

  • It’s removed from all storefront surfaces within minutes.
  • The AI seller stops referencing it immediately.
  • An audit record is kept for your compliance trail.

See Approvals and revocation for the full flow.
