Reviewing and matching content
Swishy’s AI proposes product matches for every piece of imported content. Your team has the final say.
How matching works
Section titled “How matching works”When content is imported, Swishy:
- Transcribes audio and analyzes visuals.
- Generates a multimodal embedding that captures what’s on screen and what’s said.
- Searches your product catalog with the same embedding space.
- Returns a ranked list of candidate products with a confidence score.
High-confidence matches can auto-approve; lower-confidence ones land in the review queue.
The review queue
Section titled “The review queue”Open Content → Review in the Swishy admin. For each item you’ll see:
- The content (video, image, or post) with its caption.
- The creator and source.
- Suggested product matches with confidence.
- A quick-action bar: Approve, Reject, Re-match, Exclude.
Tips for reviewing fast
Section titled “Tips for reviewing fast”- Trust high-confidence matches — auto-approval thresholds can be raised in settings if your catalog is distinct.
- Use “Exclude” for content that mentions the brand but isn’t about a specific product (e.g. unboxings with no product in frame). Excluded content never reaches shoppers.
- Use “Re-match” when the AI picked the wrong variant. This also improves future matches.
Match states
Section titled “Match states”| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
pending | In the review queue. |
approved | Eligible to be used by the AI seller (subject to consent — see below). |
rejected | Will not be used. Keeps an audit trail. |
auto_rejected | The AI had low confidence and no product beat the threshold. |
Approved ≠ Published
Section titled “Approved ≠ Published”Approval is a match decision — “yes, this clip is about product X.” Before the content is shown on your storefront, it also needs creator consent. See Why consent matters.
