How Swishy works

Swishy sits between your social content and your storefront. Everything flows through three stages:

Swishy continuously pulls content from the sources you connect:

  • Your Instagram business profile (posts + reels).
  • Tracked hashtags.
  • Brand @mentions.
  • Manual URL imports for one-off clips or posts.

Each piece is stored with its original metadata — caption, timestamp, creator handle, media URLs — so you always have provenance.

Every import is enriched by Swishy’s AI:

  • Transcription — audio from videos is transcribed for search and reasoning.
  • Visual understanding — frames and images are analyzed for products, scenes, and context.
  • Embedding + matching — content is matched against your product catalog using multimodal embeddings, so a reel can be linked to the exact SKU it features.
  • Classification — brand content vs. creator content, quality score, and content type.
